This policy explains what information this website (www.blasgiffuni.com) collects, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. The site is run by Blue Advertising, Inc., 9806 Goldenrod Dr., Boynton Beach, FL 33437, United States ("we", "us").
The short version: we don't sell your information, we don't use advertising cookies, and you can turn off analytics at any time.
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you add it) and your message. If you use the chat assistant, it receives what you type in the conversation.
Information about your visit. With your permission, Google Analytics records how the site is used: the pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search engine), your device and browser, and your approximate location. It uses cookies to tell visits apart.
Technical information. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Your choices on this site. Your cookie choices and, if you switch languages, your language are remembered on your device. They aren't sent to us.
• To answer your message and provide the services you ask about.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it (Google Analytics).
• To keep the site secure and working, including blocking spam and abuse.
We don't use your information for automated decisions about you, and we don't build advertising profiles.
These companies process information on our behalf, only for the purposes described here:
• Cloudflare: hosts and delivers the website and protects the contact form from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile). It processes technical information such as IP addresses.
• Google Analytics: measures visits to the site, as described above.
• Navigamo: runs this website's forms service. Form messages are emailed to us and a copy is kept so we don't lose them.
• Google Workspace: our email, where your messages arrive and from which we reply.
• nemo (gonemo.ai) and Lamatic: power the chat assistant on some pages. They receive what you type in the chat.
• YouTube: some pages show video thumbnails from YouTube; your browser loads them from YouTube, which receives your IP address. Opening a video takes you to YouTube, where its own policy applies.
Some of these providers may process information in the United States or other countries.
When you first visit, a notice lets you accept or decline analytics. Google Analytics sets its cookies (such as _ga) only if you accept. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or by installing Google's opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
We don't use advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site and its forms secure; these don't track you across websites.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't use it for advertising. Some state privacy laws may treat sending visit data to an analytics provider as "sharing", so you can opt out of it at any time:
• Open Cookie settings and turn off Analytics.
• Or turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser: we treat it as an opt-out automatically.
• Or email [email protected] with the subject "Do not sell or share", and we'll confirm it.
We keep form messages and our correspondence for 12 months, then delete them, unless we need them longer for an ongoing project or a legal obligation. Chat conversations are kept by the chat provider for 12 months. Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU and UK GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you can ask us to:
• tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• stop or limit certain uses, or object to them;
• not sell or share it (see above).
To make a request, email [email protected] or use the contact page. We'll answer within the time the law requires and won't treat you differently for asking. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
This site isn't intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
This site links to other websites (such as YouTube, LinkedIn or Facebook). Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Important changes will be noted on the site.
